Feel understood.

Therapy and counseling.

If this is your first time, WELCOME! It takes so much courage to be here, and we are happy to have you. I provide psychotherapy services to safely guide you through experiencing previously unacknowledged emotions and thoughts in an effort to help you reunite with your truest and most connected self. I create safety and security in the therapeutic space using consistency, validation, humor and candor.

I integrate psychodynamic and attachment based interventions, mindfulness strategies, and the latest research in neuroscience to support you in getting to know your inner child, understanding your unmet needs, and meeting yourself with compassion and empathy, so you may feel more securely attached to your present self. Most of all, I want to support you in feeling more curious and comfortable being YOU in this everchanging and wild world!

Victoria received her undergraduate degree from New York University, and her Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Victoria’s early clinical training was with adolescents and families in residential treatment. She grew up in New York City as a first generation American originally of Hungarian descent. A previous career in television and film production allowed Victoria to weave together storytelling with the complexity and power of the human condition, eventually sparking a greater purpose in therapy and counseling. Victoria has settled in the mountains of Bozeman, MT with an intention to serve her community. When not practicing therapy, you can find her cooking, hiking, reading, and spending time with her dogs and husband.
